AWS 계정을 최초 생성 후 CloudFront distribution을 생성할 때 위와 같은 에러가 발생하는 경우가 있다.
- 해결
AWS Support를 통해 case를 open하고 계정 인증이나 이메일 인증을 진행하면 생성이 가능 하다.
